These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of orders placed. The customer must provide J. Santos & Gonçalves, Lda. with a correct and complete email address, delivery address and telephone contact, and agrees to be contacted for the purpose of processing your order, payment, delivery, return and for billing purposes.

J. Santos & Gonçalves, Lda. reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Final Customers”, who do not agree with the general conditions of sale, or whose address is incomplete or insufficient.

How to Order:

To order, in the online store of Ana Gabi, the customer must perform the following steps: 1. Find the products you want to purchase; 2. We reserve the right not to accept your order, or cancel it, even after automatic confirmation of the order, when the respective payment is not confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship your order on the business day following the payment date. Delivery is the responsibility of CTT or certified carriers. We can only guarantee delivery of an order if the address is a home or office with sufficient address to identify the location. A delivery is considered effected or a product is considered delivered, with the signature of the delivery receipt, at the agreed address. Delivery Deadlines: 1 to 14 working days, after receipt of the respective payment. Ana Gabi cannot be held responsible for non-compliance, or delay, in the performance of any obligation that is due to a reason of force majeure, that is, an exceptional event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control. Ana Gabi sells only to countries within the European Union.

Inspection on Delivery

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging in order to ascertain any damage. If the customer finds that the products are damaged, he must not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned. Ana Gabi will refund the amounts paid for the order, as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process. After receiving the order, it is important that the customer checks the delivered products, within a period of 15 days, since Ana Gabi considers that the customer has accepted the product (s) if not to return it within this period.

Shipping Fees (Shipping)

Shipping charges are applied per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery.


The order can be freely canceled until its dispatch. Once shipped, the customer can request its return free of charge within 15 days after receiving the order.

Returns and Exchanges

After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 15 days, counting from the day after receipt, to return or exchange your item for free, without the need to indicate the reason or refund. Return costs are borne by Ana Gabi.

To return the item, the customer must submit an email to encomendas@anagabi.com with all the order details. After sending the email, the customer must return the properly packed item, together with the invoice, to the following address: Zona Industrial do Vale do Forno, Lote 5, 3650-200 Vila Nova de Paiva, Portugal.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is sent and received in the state in which it was delivered, with no signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, with the respective label and on same packaging in which it was delivered.

If the customer has made a payment, Ana Gabi will refund it within a maximum period of 14 days, counting from the date of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method, originally used. All returns are the responsibility of Ana Gabi. Once the return is approved, she will receive an email with the confirmation and indication of the return.

The customer can choose to carry out an item exchange, and for each purchase an item exchange is permitted for another item of equal or greater value.
